вставки: replaceRange(1,1,…)

PMNode.fromJSON

clipboard.ts, footnote-sync/util(+test), docmost-schema, foreign-markdown,

Node vs browser entry, markdownToProseMirrorSync); CHANGELOG.

JSDOM/parse5/happy-dom/turndown — 0.

DOM. dom-parser.node.ts
  регистрирует jsdom + @tiptap/html/server; dom-parser.browser.ts — нативный
  →dispatch).
  ToMarkdown.
- Удалён packages/editor-ext/src/lib/markdown/ целиком (+ marked из package.json).
  Мигрированы ВСЕ потребители markdownToHtml/htmlToMarkdown: ai-chat/utils/
  markdown.ts (→ новый markdownToProseMirrorSync + DOMSerializer), use-generate-
  page-title.ts / page-header-menu.tsx (→ convertProseMirrorToMarkdown(getJSON)),

Ручная paste-QA полного клиентского round-trip (footnote/callout/math/image-comment;

agent_coder 1bcc96685e perf(client): cut background re-renders + duplicate work (#344)
Outside the editor the UI did background work on every tree event, socket
reconnect, and navigation. Tree infra (virtualization/memo/O(N) utils) was
already good — the cost was in the subscriptions and duplicates around it.
Client-only; behavior 1:1.

- Setter-only atom subscriptions → useSetAtom: space-tree-row, use-tree-mutation,
  use-tree-socket no longer subscribe every visible row to the WHOLE treeDataAtom
  value (a tree event re-rendered all ~20-30 rows, bypassing the DocTreeRow memo).
  space-tree-node-menu / mention-list read the tree imperatively (store.get) in
  their handlers only. breadcrumb.tsx uses a selectAtom slice (ancestor chain +
  field equality) instead of the whole-tree subscription.
- Socket handler cleanup (BUG): use-tree-socket + use-query-subscription now
  socket.off() their named handlers on cleanup (were accumulating listeners on
  every reconnect → duplicated invalidations/tree-walks). Mirrors
  use-notification-socket.
- Field-update tree path: invalidateOnUpdatePage does a pointwise patch of the
  cached embed subtrees instead of a blanket invalidatePageTree() (refetch storm);
  structural events keep the blanket invalidate.
- usePageMetaQuery: a content-less select slice for the 13 peripheral subscribers
  that read only title/permissions/id, so they stop re-rendering every ~3s while
  typing / on every collab page.updated (page.tsx keeps the full query for content).
- page.tsx: skeleton + placeholderData keepPreviousData (no blank flash on nav).
- Removed refetchOnMount:true where socket/mutation invalidation already keeps the
  cache fresh (favorite/space/space-watcher/workspace). KEPT it on the 3 queries
  with NO other freshness path (trash-list, created-by, recent-changes) — the
  global default is refetchOnMount:false, so those overrides are load-bearing.
- Small: resize mousemove/up attached only while dragging; per-row emoji-picker
  keydown gated on `opened`; AiChatWindow queries enabled only when the window is
  open.

Gate: client tsc 0, client vitest page+websocket 200 passed (+editor suites),
build ok.

agent_coder 15859e3b9f feat(ai-chat): getCurrentPage returns the user's editor selection (#388)
Snapshot the editor selection at send time (same live-ref pattern as
openPageRef in prepareSendMessagesRequest), carry it nested inside
openPage so it dies with the page on a fail-closed resolve, and surface
it to the model only through the existing core getCurrentPage tool.

The selection TEXT is returned exclusively in the tool result (untrusted
collaborative-page content, treated as data by SAFETY_FRAMEWORK); the
system prompt gets only a fixed one-line flag, never the text/before/
after. sanitizeSelection caps text (4000), before/after (200), blockIds
(<=64 chars, <=20). Selection is a hint, not ground truth — the tool
description tells the agent to localize the fragment before editing.

agent_coder 515c08afed perf(client): route + component code-splitting — eager JS 3.5MB -> 1.12MB (#342)
Everything sat in the eager startup graph (App.tsx statically imported all 28
routes; the editor pulled TipTap + KaTeX + ~45 lowlight grammars + drawio;
posthog + AI SDK loaded for everyone) — a /login visitor downloaded+compiled the
whole editor. Client-only; functionality 1:1, only WHEN code loads changed.

Result (prod build): eager JS 3.5MB -> ~1.12MB, entry 1920KB -> 552KB; KaTeX
(250KB) and the TipTap engine (~586KB) are now lazy chunks, off the startup path.

- App.tsx: route-level React.lazy + Suspense (editor Page, all settings/*, share,
  space/home routes). Auth/redirect/cold-start routes stay eager. Suspense lives
  inside Layout/ShareLayout around the Outlet so the shell stays mounted.
- Lazy KaTeX node views (math-inline-lazy/math-block-lazy) + lazy drawio
  (drawio-view-lazy/drawio-menu-lazy), mirroring mermaid/excalidraw, each with a
  node-sized Suspense placeholder so a slow chunk can't crash the editor.
- posthog-js is now a conditional dynamic import under the unchanged
  isCloud() && isPostHogEnabled gate — self-hosted never downloads it.
- AiChatWindow is React.lazy, mounted on first open and kept mounted (a live AI
  stream isn't torn down); renders null while closed (identical behavior).
- Cut eager TipTap pulls from always-loaded shell modules: editor-atoms /
  global-bridge Editor -> import type; Aside lazily loaded (page routes only);
  config.ts sanitizeUrl and use-clipboard execCommandCopy moved to client-local
  src/lib/{sanitize-url,copy-to-clipboard}.ts (byte-identical to the editor-ext
  originals, dropping the barrel's top-level @tiptap import); WebSocketStatus
  import replaced with the "connected" literal the status atom already stores.
- vite.config.ts: a vendor-katex chunk group (TipTap/PM/Yjs intentionally NOT
  grouped — grouping dragged the engine eager; documented in the config).
- lowlight grammar registration is left inside the (now-lazy) editor chunk:
  listLanguages()/highlighting are synchronous, so deferring registration would
  change behavior for marginal in-chunk gain — the route split already removes it
  from startup, which was the complaint.

Gate: client build succeeds, tsc --noEmit clean, frozen install EXIT 0 (added
@braintree/sanitize-url as a direct client dep + regenerated the lock).

agent_coder a6ff7623db perf(editor): cut per-keystroke work on the typing hot path (#343)
The editor lagged while typing (worse with doc size, and under collaboration the
same cost is paid for every REMOTE keystroke). ProseMirror itself was fine — the
overhead was the surrounding work done on every transaction. Behavior is 1:1;
only WHEN work runs changed.

- getJSON() off the keystroke path: `onUpdate` no longer serializes the whole doc
  synchronously — the serialization now runs inside a 3s debounce (new hook
  use-page-content-cache.ts), flushed on unmount so the last snapshot isn't lost.
- footnote numbering: merged 3 per-docChanged O(n) doc walks into one, and
  short-circuit the whole-doc renumber when the doc has no footnotes and the
  transaction didn't insert one (step-slice scan — covers typing/paste/collab).
- toolbar: replaced per-keystroke `editor.can().undo()/.redo()` dry-runs with
  cheap history-depth reads (Yjs undoManager stack length / pm-history depth).
- render side-effect bug: `remote.attach()` moved out of the render body into a
  useEffect.
- debounced the TOC all-headings rescan and memoized the slash-command suggestion
  build (was rebuilt twice per keystroke).
- node menus (image/video/audio/pdf/callout/subpages): the per-transaction
  selectors early-return a cheap isActive check instead of running getAttributes +
  multiple alignment probes while their node type is inactive (shouldShow still
  controls display — appears exactly when it did).
- code blocks: the global selectionUpdate listener is now added only for mermaid
  blocks (the only consumer of the selected state), eliminating N listeners +
  N setStates per caret move for normal code blocks.

Deferred (documented, collab hot-path risk): full conditional menu MOUNTING
(menu-less-frame risk on same-tx context switch) and code-block re-tokenization
debounce / language-persist (self-dispatching meta tx + node-attr writes interact
with collab/undo). The route split from #342 already keeps lowlight off startup.

Gate: editor-ext build + 252/252 tests, client editor tests pass, tsc --noEmit 0,
client build ok. New tests: footnote no-footnote-doc → 0 traversals + numbering
unchanged; page-content-cache onUpdate-no-sync-getJSON + flush-on-unmount.

GITMOST_MD_BLOCK_TRIGGER_RE дополнен альтернативой на целую строку-

agent_coder 751d55e9db fix(gitmost-bridge): neutralize col-0 block triggers in transcript lines + lock text-not-HTML (#378 review round 1)
Round-1 review found two issues:
- [regressions] Inserting a transcript line VERBATIM as a paragraph is unsafe on the
  git-sync doc->markdown->doc round-trip: the paragraph serializer emits text with no
  block-escape, so a line starting at col 0 with `- `/`> `/`# `/`1. `/```` ``` ````/`|`/
  `> [!info]` silently re-parses into a list/quote/heading/code/table/callout (the last
  hits the #359 callout machinery). Safe under the host contract (every line prefixed
  `You:`/`Speaker N:`, which starts with a letter) but the helper didn't enforce it, and
  leading-whitespace / stray lines exist. Fix: trim each kept line (drops the indent leak),
  and if it STILL begins with a col-0 markdown block trigger, prepend an invisible
  zero-width space (U+200B) so the trigger isn't at col 0 — the round-trip keeps it a
  paragraph. (Backslash-escape was rejected: `marked` consumes the `\` on re-import, so it
  would render visibly then vanish. ZWSP is invisible and never markdown-escaped.) The
  serializer's missing block-escape is the pre-existing root cause; this is the boundary
  defense. Prefixed transcript lines never match the trigger regex → left byte-exact.
- [test-coverage] The "inserted as TEXT, not HTML/markdown" contract wasn't locked (all
  test strings were plain alphabet). Added a test that inserts `<b>bold</b>
  <script>alert(1)</script> and *stars* and [link](x)` (with Bold/Italic/Link marks
  registered so an insertContent(html) regression would parse them) and asserts one
  verbatim text node, no marks, and getHTML() has no live tags.

Verified: apps/client tsc --noEmit 0 errors; gitmost bridge tests 4 passed; a NEW
prosemirror-markdown round-trip test (real convertProseMirrorToMarkdown ->
markdownToProseMirror) proves bare triggers corrupt while the ZWSP-neutralized form stays
a single byte-preserved paragraph and normal You:/Speaker N: lines round-trip byte-exact —
3 passed.

agent_coder 02308012a6 feat(gitmost-bridge): insert transcript into the recording page (#377)
The native gitmost.app (stage 2) now sends a `transcript` field to
window.gitmost.createPageWithRecording, but the web bridge ignored it — the page
was created with audio only. Insert it.

- gitmost-recording.ts: add `transcript?: string` to GitmostCreatePagePayload
  (plain text, \n-separated `You:` / `Speaker N:` lines, ready to insert). Add a
  gitmostInsertTranscriptIntoEditor(editor, transcript) helper: a "Transcript"
  heading + one paragraph per non-empty line, each line inserted VERBATIM as a
  text node (never HTML → no injection), appended at doc end (below the audio).
  No-op when transcript is undefined/empty/whitespace-only/non-string.
- gitmost-global-bridge.tsx (createPageWithRecording): after the audio insert
  succeeds, call the helper inside a try/catch — best-effort, so a transcript
  failure can never turn the already-successful recording into an error (logs +
  still returns ok). Absent transcript → audio-only page, exactly as today.

DoD: recording with speech → page has audio AND a labeled transcript block;
without transcript → unchanged. Closes the web-side dependency of gitmost-app
stage 2. Verified: apps/client tsc --noEmit 0 errors; 2 unit tests
(transcript present → heading+paragraphs; undefined/""/whitespace/number/object
/null → no-op, doc unchanged).

agent_coder d3209b5aab fix(#355 review E1=B + F1-F8): gate client telemetry OFF by default + throttler/lifecycle/overflow fixes
Maintainer resolved E1 as variant B: the public vitals sink + client collection
must be OFF by default (else client_metrics grows unbounded on a self-host deploy
with no external pruner, via an unauthenticated public endpoint).

- F1: new operator flag CLIENT_TELEMETRY_ENABLED (default OFF), SEPARATE from
  METRICS_PORT (Grafana reads the table directly, independent of the scrape port).
  ClientTelemetryModule.register() provides VitalsController ONLY when the flag is
  true (route absent otherwise); the flag reaches the client via window.CONFIG
  (config.ts isClientTelemetryEnabled), and initVitals() early-returns when off.
- F2/F3 [throttler]: this repo's ThrottlerGuard applies EVERY named throttler to
  every guarded route unless skipped. The new VITALS bucket therefore (a) newly
  bound collab-token → 429 behind shared/NAT IPs, and (b) the vitals route didn't
  skip the stricter public-share-ai (5/min) bucket → effective 5/min not 120.
  Fix (additive, global config unchanged): vitals.controller @SkipThrottle the
  other buckets + @Throttle VITALS 120/min; collab-token adds VITALS_THROTTLER to
  its existing @SkipThrottle (restoring its prior effectively-unthrottled state).
- F4: metrics node:http server is closed on shutdown (MetricsServerLifecycle
  OnModuleDestroy → closeMetricsServer(), fired by enableShutdownHooks).
- F5: docSize outside [0, int4-max] drops to null (keeping the event) instead of
  overflowing int4 and failing the WHOLE batch insert (+ 2 tests).
- F6: .env.example documents METRICS_PORT (no default — unset = subsystem OFF) +
  CLIENT_TELEMETRY_ENABLED; fixed the inaccurate "default 9464" wording.
- F7: disabled/non-sampled sessions install ZERO observers — isVitalsActive()
  (enabled && sampled) gates reportClientMetric AND the page-editor
  measurePageOpen + dispatchTransaction wrapping.
- F8: kept db.d.ts hand-added (wontfix) — this repo HAND-CURATES db.d.ts (verified
  across recent fork migrations a32fba63/8c5b57eb/fdeede00); codegen would be the
  deviation. The ClientMetrics interface maps the migration 1:1.

Gate: server tsc 0, client tsc 0, server metrics/vitals/telemetry/throttle 21
tests, client route-template 5. No new deps.

agent_coder b9f3de80f5 feat(observability): dev-side perf metrics — /metrics + client vitals (#355)
The metrics INFRA is already deployed (VictoriaMetrics scraping docmost:9464,
Grafana dashboards, alerts) with a target `gitmost-app` that is red because the
app half didn't exist. This is that half. The contract (metric names, port,
table, endpoint) is FIXED by the deployed infra and matched exactly.

Server (prom-client):
- A bare node:http `/metrics` server on METRICS_PORT (default 9464), SEPARATE
  from the Fastify :3000 listener so /metrics never exists publicly; the whole
  subsystem is OFF when METRICS_PORT is unset.
- collectDefaultMetrics() + http_request_duration_seconds{method,route,status}
  via a Fastify onResponse hook using the ROUTE TEMPLATE (req.routeOptions.url,
  never the raw URL — bounded cardinality; 404 -> "unknown"), EXCLUDING SSE/
  streaming responses (would record the connection lifetime and poison p95).
- db_query_duration_seconds (Kysely log callback, labelled by the leading SQL
  token), bullmq_queue_depth{queue} (getJobCounts every 15s) +
  bullmq_job_duration_seconds{queue} (worker completed/failed),
  collab_store_duration_seconds (around onStoreDocument).
- POST /api/telemetry/vitals — PUBLIC (sendBeacon) but IP-throttled; ~16KB body
  cap, <=50 events/batch, metric-name + rating whitelist, attr truncated to 120
  chars, batch insert; malformed/foreign/oversized silently dropped and 200'd (no
  browser retry). New migration `client_metrics` (schema byte-identical to the
  contract, both indexes, conditional grafana_ro GRANT; no app-side retention —
  the maintenance container prunes >90d).

Client (web-vitals):
- initVitals() decides sampling ONCE per session (25%, sessionStorage) BEFORE
  subscribing; onINP/onLCP/onCLS/onTTFB (attribution) buffered + flushed via
  navigator.sendBeacon on visibilitychange:hidden and a timer (not fetch-per-
  metric). Custom: editor_tx_ms (dispatchTransaction sync-part timer, >8ms, with
  doc_size), page_open_ms, longtask_ms. Route labels are templates only; no
  titles/slugs/text.

Gate: server + client tsc 0, frozen install 0 (added prom-client + web-vitals +
regenerated the lock), server metrics/vitals tests 11, client route-template 5,
and the migration verified valid against real Postgres.

comment body mounted a full TipTap/ProseMirror editor, both tabs mounted at once,
and any mutation re-rendered the whole list.

- CommentContentView: static recursive renderer of comment ProseMirror JSON (no
  editor instance) for the read-only body — supports exactly CommentEditor's node
  set (doc/paragraph/text/hardBreak/mention) + marks (bold/italic/strike/code/
  link), reproducing the 3-level DOM nesting for pixel-identical CSS. Unknown
  node/mark or unparseable content degrades that one comment to the read-only
  CommentEditor; legacy non-JSON strings render as plain text.
  SECURITY: link hrefs are protocol-allowlisted (safeHref, mirroring
  @tiptap/extension-link) so a stored comment with a `javascript:`/`data:` href
  cannot XSS — the old TipTap read-only path sanitized this; the static renderer
  must too. Control-char smuggling (java\tscript:) is stripped before the check.
- MentionContent extracted from MentionView, shared by the TipTap NodeView and the
  static renderer (identical user/page-mention behavior).
- keepMounted={false} on the tabs: the inactive tab no longer mounts its editors.
- Lazy reply editor: a stub until click/focus, then the real editor (kept mounted
  so the draft survives thread re-renders).
- React.memo(CommentListItem) + a childrenByParent map (replaces the per-thread
  O(n^2) filter) + localized reply-send pending state: resolve/apply/reply now
  re-render only the touched thread.
- Progressive first paint: useCommentsQuery no longer blocks on hasNextPage.

Gate: client comment+mention suites 22/22 passed, tsc --noEmit 0.

claude code agent 227 1458e3e152 fix(dictation): cover read-only precedence, suppress misleading disabled tooltip, drop dead "busy" (#314 F3/F4/F5)
F3: add computeDictationAvailability assertions for the read-only ∩ pre-sync
intersection (editable:false, inEditMode:true, showStatic:true) → read-only for
both isDisconnected states, pinning that lack of edit permission takes
precedence over the pre-sync reason (kills a mutant dropping `editable &&`).

F4: switching native disabled → data-disabled made a disabled mic hoverable — good
for the byline mic (shows the reason), but a consumer passing bare `disabled`
without a reason (AI chat's isStreaming) got a misleading, actionable
"Start dictation" tooltip on a click-rejecting control. Now: disabled + no reason
→ render the icon with NO Tooltip and a neutral aria-label; disabled + reason →
reason tooltip; enabled → "Start dictation". Click guard/data-disabled preserved.

F5: remove the dead "busy" DictationUnavailableReason (never produced) — union
member, its resolver case (folded into default), and the vacuous test assert.

claude code agent 227 d57392b5af fix(dictation): extract tested computeDictationAvailability + gate mic from the reactive atom (#314 F1/F2)
F1: the availability publish-effect duplicated the #218 editability gate
(editable && inEditMode && !showStatic) inline — a copy that could silently
diverge from the tested isBodyEditable — and the reason computation (the core of
#309) had no tests. Extract computeDictationAvailability into editor-sync-state.ts
REUSING isBodyEditable; the effect is now a one-line call. Unit tests cover the
branches (synced→null; pre-sync disconnected→offline / else connecting;
!editable/!edit→read-only).

F2: DictationGroup gated the mic on the non-reactive editor.isEditable while the
PR already publishes the reactive dictationAvailability.isEditable (same signals)
— so gate and reason came from different sources and the mic could stick. Gate on
dictationAvailability.isEditable: one reactive source of truth for both.

claude code agent 227 a86e5f409f feat(dictation): reason model — speaking tooltip on a disabled mic + shared error resolver (#309)
The dictation mic could be grey/disabled while silently showing "Start
dictation", and Mantine's native `disabled` set pointer-events:none so the
Tooltip never fired at all — the UI knew the cause but told the user nothing.
Runtime error strings were also duplicated verbatim across the two dictation
hooks.

- New dictation-status.ts: the single source of truth. A DictationUnavailableReason
  enum (connecting/offline/read-only/unsupported/busy) + a DictationErrorCode enum,
  pure classifiers (classifyGetUserMediaError / classifyTranscriptionError) and
  resolvers (resolveUnavailableLabel / dictationErrorMessage). All user-facing
  dictation strings are formed here; the verbatim server message still wins for
  transcription errors.
- page-editor publishes dictationAvailabilityAtom { isEditable, reason } computed
  at the source (editable/edit-mode/showStatic/collab status): connecting vs
  offline (stuck) vs read-only. DictationGroup forwards the reason to MicButton.
- MicButton is reason-aware: a disabled mic shows the cause-specific tooltip. The
  disabled-hover silence is fixed by marking disabled the Mantine way
  (data-disabled/aria-disabled + click guard) instead of the native attribute, so
  the Tooltip fires — applied to both the idle (reason) and error (errorMessage)
  states.
- Both hooks route every error through the shared resolver (deleting the
  duplicated transcriptionErrorMessage), and expose errorMessage for the tooltip.
  Wording is byte-identical to each hook's original (incl. the batch hook's
  DOMException name prefix and the verbatim server message).
- i18n: 3 new reason keys in en-US + ru-RU, and the previously-missing ru-RU
  dictation error translations.

Tests: dictation-status.test.ts (all classifier/resolver branches, incl. server
message passthrough) + mic-button.test.tsx (disabled mic shows the reason text,
uses data-disabled not native disabled — fails against the pre-fix code).
vitest: 5 files / 32 passed.

claude code agent 227 0210faabea fix(editor): read editor.isEditable reactively in DictationGroup so the mic un-greys after sync (#311)
On an editable page the dictation mic in the byline stayed grey/disabled after
collab finished syncing, until an unrelated re-render (view↔edit toggle,
navigation) happened. DictationGroup read the NON-reactive `editor.isEditable`
field directly in render; `editor` comes from pageEditorAtom (a stable object
reference), so `editor.setEditable(true)` after sync (#218 gate) mutates TipTap
state without changing the atom reference — the byline never re-renders and
disabled=true sticks.

Read editable via `useEditorState` (the same reactive read the editor body
already uses), so the mic re-enables when the body flips editable and disables
again when it loses editable. The #218 pre-sync intent is preserved — just made
reactive. Test flips isEditable false→true and asserts the mic goes
disabled→enabled (fails against the pre-fix raw-field read).

claude code agent 227 17003fbbc1 test(editor): extract swap height-reservation into a tested hook (#308 F1)
The +42-line height-reservation logic lived inline in PageEditor on the risky
static→live swap path with zero tests (F1). Extract it into
useSwapHeightReservation(showStatic, menuContainerRef) → { reservedHeight,
captureReservation }, mirroring the sibling useScrollRestoreOnSwap extraction,
so its release guard and cap are directly unit-testable.

Pure extraction — behavior identical. The capture stays a synchronous callback
the editor invokes in the collab-sync effect (reading swapWrapperRef.offsetHeight
while the static content is still mounted, before setShowStatic(false)); a
post-transition effect inside the hook would read the collapsed live height and
be wrong. The rAF release loop (release at scrollHeight >= reserved, or the
RELEASE_CAP_MS=4000 cap) and cancelAnimationFrame cleanup moved verbatim.

Tests (use-swap-height-reservation.test.ts) cover 4 branches, mutation-verified:
(a) capture → reservedHeight; (b) release when live content reaches reserved;
(c) release at the cap when it never does; (d) non-swap → stays null.

claude_code 8f95c5808e fix(editor): reserve document height across the static→live swap so scroll survives (#266)
Root cause (confirmed via Chrome DevTools on the live app, and the fix validated
there too): after the reading-position restore lands correctly, the static→live
editor swap momentarily SHRINKS the document (the live editor lays out its content
over a few frames — measured height 32005 → 22050), so the browser CLAMPS window
scroll to the top. That is what produced all of:
- "lands correct → jumps to top → back down" (restore#2 recovering from the clamp),
- the final position overshooting (~6000px) via scroll-anchoring during recovery,
- "scroll a little → jumps to 0" (the clamp catching the reader mid-scroll).

Fixing the restore logic was chasing symptoms. This reserves the pre-swap content
height (a min-height on a wrapper around the static/live editor) until the live
editor has laid out (or a short safety cap), so the document never collapses and
window scroll simply survives the swap. Validated live: with the height pinned the
restore fires ONCE and the position stays put (no reset, no jitter, no overshoot);
the existing post-swap re-assert becomes a silent no-op.

No change to the restore hook or its tests.

claude_code 4af21494af fix(editor): stop the title auto-focus from yanking scroll on reload (#266)
Root cause (confirmed via Chrome DevTools on the live app): the reading-position
restore jittered on reload — it landed at the saved spot, jumped to the top, then
back. The jump was NOT a height collapse: the title editor auto-focuses ~300ms
after mount, and TipTap's focus scrolls the focused node into view. Since the
title sits at the top of the page, that yanked window scroll to the top.

Minimal fix (the fast restore mechanism is left unchanged):
- Focus the title with { scrollIntoView: false } so placing the caret no longer
  moves the viewport.
- Skip the title auto-focus entirely when a saved reading position will be
  restored (otherwise the caret lands in the now-off-screen title). Exported
  hasSavedReadingPosition() as the single source of truth.
- Extracted the decision into a testable useTitleAutofocus hook (which also adds
  a clearTimeout cleanup, fixing a pre-existing uncancelled/destroyed-editor
  timer), and covered it + hasSavedReadingPosition with unit tests.

agent_coder 293348f9dc refactor(#289 review): extract useScrollRestoreOnSwap so the test guards real code (F2)
The prior test guarded a verbatim MIRROR of the two scroll-restore useLayoutEffect
blocks — the reviewer proved removing '&& editor' from the real page-editor.tsx left
the test green (a copy, not the original). Extract the wiring into an exported
useScrollRestoreOnSwap(pageId, editor, showStatic) hook (the two effects verbatim +
useScrollPosition inside; F1 budget logic untouched), call it once from page-editor.tsx
(replacing the removed useScrollPosition call + both effects), and rewrite the test to
render the REAL hook — deleting the mirror and the false 'regresses in lockstep' comment
(F2-doc). Non-vacuity proven: removing '&& editor' from the real hook reddens the guard

agent_coder 963822bd28 test(#289 review): cover shared restore budget + scroll-restore wiring (F1/F2)
F1: pin the shared restoreStartRef timeout budget — re-triggers share ONE budget
(measured from the first call), not a per-trigger restart. Test drives short content
(polls), triggers at t=0 and t=3s, and asserts the clamp fires at t=5s from the FIRST
call. Verified non-vacuous: a mutant that resets the budget on each trigger fails it.
F2: cover the two useLayoutEffect scroll-restore blocks. A full PageEditor mount has
no precedent in the client suite (it builds live Hocuspocus/IndexedDB providers +
collab tiptap; the static->live swap gates on isCollabSynced, only reproducible by
driving mocked provider callbacks = testing the mocks). Per the reviewer's allowance
for a justified lighter variant: page-editor.test.tsx reproduces the two effects and
(1) asserts the [showStatic, editor] deps + the '&& editor' guard via a stable spy,
(2) drives the REAL useScrollPosition end-to-end so the post-swap re-assert is the
sole cause of scrollTo.

The existing tests assert only the classifier flags ({asMarkdown, wrapBareRows}),
not the resulting markdown. Add two output-level tests via htmlToMarkdown mirroring
the serializer's real path: (a) a header-less bare-rows selection wrapped as
<table><tbody><tr>… yields a VALID GFM pipe table (GFM plugin synthesizes an empty
header + separator), and (b) a whole table with a header round-trips to a proper
pipe table with header/separator/data rows. Both are non-vacuous — they fail
against the old one-value-per-line serialization (no separator row, no pipes).

and pasting into a plain-text/Markdown target emitted one cell value per line
(ProseMirror's default text serializer). Route tables through htmlToMarkdown

- Extract the decision into a pure, exported classifyClipboardSelection()

- Handle whole-table selections (top-level `table` node) and partial cell
  selections (bare `tableRow` nodes), wrapping bare rows in <table><tbody> so
  the GFM turndown rule detects them.

  восстановленный текст не отредактируют;
  yjs UndoManager (основной collab-редактор).
  (findDiffStart/findDiffEnd), а не по step-map;

claude_code 768d135a19 fix(editor): smooth scroll-position restore, no yank on early scroll (#266)
The reading-position restore fired only after collab sync (`!showStatic`),
so the page painted at the top and then visibly jumped — and readers who had
already started scrolling were rudely yanked back to the saved position.

- Abort restore permanently on genuine user scroll intent: `wheel`/`touchstart`
  unconditionally, and `keydown` only for real scroll keys (Arrow/Page/Home/End/
  Space) so shortcuts and typing do not disable it. Our own `window.scrollTo`
  never emits these, so restore cannot self-abort.
- Restore earlier via `useLayoutEffect` (before paint) while the static/cached
  content is laid out, and re-assert once after the static->live editor swap.
- Make `restoreScrollPosition` idempotent with a redundancy guard so the two
  triggers never double-scroll; share one bounded timeout budget across them.
- Add tests for interaction-abort, scroll-key filtering, idempotence.

claude_code 5664da57ad feat(editor): center inline image rows by default via CSS :has()
Follow-up to #284: rows of inline-aligned images were pinned left while
a single image defaults to centered — inconsistent. A row has no DOM
wrapper (each image is an independent block node), so its placement is
controlled by the text-align of the nearest block ancestor.

- media.css: enable text-align:center only on containers that actually
  hold a direct inline-image child (:has), and reset every other child
  back to text-align:start so ordinary text is unaffected; explicit
  per-block toolbar alignment (inline style) still wins; browsers
  without :has() keep the previous start-pinned rows
- image.ts: comment in the inline branch now points to the media.css
  rule (cross-package discoverability), no code change

Reviewed: math/caption/table-header/footnote text-align rules audited;
React node views are wrapped in .react-renderer, so .mathBlock is not a
direct child and keeps its own centering (verified in happy-dom).

agent_coder 6190de14cc fix(editor): let short wrong-layout prefixes match by title (#283)
The #285 gate dropped every remapped (wrong-layout) candidate shorter than 3
chars, which broke the legitimate short prefix '/сщ' -> 'co' -> Code while '/co'
still worked. Replace the blanket length filter with a match-TYPE gate: the
original query and remaps >= 3 chars match fully (title/description/searchTerms);
a short (1-2 char) remap is restricted to a TITLE fuzzy-match. So '/сщ' -> 'co'
matches the 'Code' title again, while '/cy' -> 'сн' and '/b' -> 'и' still do not
surface Footnote (they only ever leaked in via the 'сноска'/'примечание'
searchTerm substrings, not the title).

Adds positive tests for /сщ and /co; keeps the /cy and /b negatives.

claude_code 20032be921 feat(editor): inline image alignment — place several images side by side
Add a new value "inline" to the image align attribute (alongside
left/center/right/floatLeft/floatRight). Inline images render as
inline-block containers, so consecutive ones form a row that wraps
naturally on narrow viewports; unlike the float modes, text does not
wrap around them.

- applyAlignment: reset-then-apply extended to display/vertical-align;
  the reset restores the constructor's inline display:flex so non-inline
  modes keep byte-identical styles and editor-ext stays independent of
  the client CSS class
- image bubble menu: new "Inline (side by side)" button (IconLayoutColumns)
  with active state, mirroring the float buttons
- i18n: key registered in en-US and ru-RU ("В ряд"), like the float labels
- tests: 3 new applyAlignment specs (apply, reset on switch-away, float->inline)

agent_coder 6e70c7bd6a test(editor): cover refocusEditorAfterMenuClose guard (#269 review F1)
Unit-test the focus-restore guard: an external <input> active -> editor.view.focus
NOT called (deliberate move respected); a non-focusable element active -> focus
called once. Fake editor + fake timers (rAF via setTimeout stub); view.focus is a
spy. Regression lock for the guard that keeps focus out of the page-title input.

agent_coder ba87f4ee24 test(editor): cover read-only code-block branch; drop dead justify prop (#275 review F1/F2)
F1: add code-block-view.test.tsx (mirrors the footnote structure harness) asserting
the language selector renders only when editor.isEditable, and the copy button is
present in both modes.
F2: remove the now-dead justify=flex-end on the absolutely-positioned menu Group.

agent_coder 23c80f727a feat(editor): add stress-accent (U+0301) toggle button to the bubble menu (closes #270)
Select a vowel and one click places a combining acute accent over it; clicking
again removes it (toggle). Inserts the literal Unicode char U+0301 right after
the letter — plain text, not a custom TipTap mark — so it survives HTML/Markdown
export, full-text search and public share with zero server/converter changes.
Insert/remove is a single transaction (one Ctrl+Z), inherits the letter's marks
(bold/italic/color), and restores the original selection so the active state
toggles correctly. Editable bubble menu only. New pure helper stress-accent.ts
(+ 5 unit tests). i18n: en 'Stress' / ru '
